Jan is an original thinker whose life is driven by the make-things-work philosophy. With a natural drive to be useful and a relentless passion for experimenting, he doesn't just use a tool - he takes it apart to see if he can invent a better version.

His curiosity as an explorer soon reached beyond the boxy walls of his workshop, so he chose to spend most of the year travelling and working abroad.

Immersed in the vibrant, colourful landscapes and the stillness of nature, his creative soul fully expressed itself. Industrial clangour started to harmonise, and the transition into a composer took root. To sustain its flow, Jan had to upgrade his nomadic lifestyle into a modern creator-on-the-go rig, so neither the country nor the time zone shift could stop him from crafting music.

With the precision of a scientist, Jan explores the individual soul of every instrument. Fascinated by their voices, he believes that every friction of a bow, every stick-slip or a vibration of the reed is the true magic of each melody.
